it's a pity you've lost quite some detail in the dark parts. the sky is quite grey, so I think you can bring quite a lot of it back.
I only use i Photo on my MAC so editing is limited. I wish the bell in The Bell Tower was more visable as for the grey sky that's what I was aiming for.
I just started my Cert 4 & Diploma of Photoimaging at Southbank Institute of Technology in Brisbane Australia It's a full time course for 2 years then I am hope to go on the Uni to complete my Advanced Diploma

there's a 'brighten shades' button in it that might help?
